'THRIVE for working Parents'
Monthly virtual group coaching for company wide working parents network - topics covered included: wellbeing, productivity, avoiding burnout, setting effective boundaries, unlocking strengths and building habits for resilience.

1-1 bespoke coaching
A series of 3 1-1 coaching sessions for each employee taking extended parental leave. Sessions planned for before, during and after returning from leave.
Topics discussed with employees were kept confidential. Common themes emerging included work life balance, confidence, communication skills, managing relationships and dealing with change and uncertainty.
