What to expect:

Over the 3-month group coaching programme your returners will develop the skills and mindset  to come back to their jobs confident and motivated.

The programme is delivered in small cohorts of 8 returners over bi-weekly zoom calls. Participants also have two fully bespoke one to one coaching sessions. 

Grounded in practical action, expert guidance and a sense of community the programme is a resource to bring your new parents back in a positive empowered way.

Your returners will be able to:

How much does the programme cost?


The investment for the The Returners Launchpad is £1400 (Includes VAT) with 25% discount if you are paying for yourself. 

Self sponsoring individuals also have the option to pay by payment plan of £350 split over 3 payments. 

 

What if a session is missed?

The sessions will be recorded apart from the coaching and breakout sections. These will then be shared after the live calls for anyone who hasn't been able to make it live.

My employee has already returned from family leave - it is too late for them to join?

 

The returners launchpad is designed for anyone who is planning a return in the next 3 months or is within 6 months of returning. 

 

Our next cohort will be run in the Autumn 2024. 
 

What are the dates of the programme?

 

The returners launchpad runs three times a year: Spring, Summer and Autumn with start dates in February, May and September.
